A $1.45 million renovation of the Parlor started in August 2023!
We are honored to have Haydon Wyatt of TrueBuilt as the general contractor. Space will be ready for occupancy in spring 2024.
The Parlor is crowdfunding investments
Through undertaking a faithful historic preservation of this late 19th century building, the Parlor will earn tax credits that can be applied to federal income tax liability. By investing in the Parlor, you can receive a portion of these tax credits as well as a return on your investment that is cash flow contingent. This is an opportunity to take money you were going to pay anyway in federal income taxes and help reenergize Station North.

Comedian Ben Wasserman is coming to the Parlor on June 17 with his show Live After Death.
